• Financial information (for example, project budgets, revenue, turnover, invoice details, etc.)

How we get the personal information and why we have it Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• For working on future projects Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:(a) Your consent. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored either in a lockable file, on a password-protected
computer or passcode-locked phone. We keep personal information for only as long as necessary to give you the best service. We will then dispose of your information on request or in 2 years without contact (whichever comes first).

Your data will not be given out to any other companies or individuals unless permission has been obtained from you.
